Hey man. Did you always stutter and it became worse recently, or is this a sudden onset? I’ve stuttered for as long as I can remember, but it never bothered me until Junior High. Those pre-teen and teenage years were tough man, I tell ya. So many things are happening. Your severity fluctuating means that it can get better. I think it will help to notice what makes it better and what makes it worse - become more mindful of it. When someone pointed it out, did you become self conscious and that is why it spiralled?
