Hi, welcome to our club of misfits lol In my personal journey with fluency I don’t think any of those will work for me. My fluency is best when I am relaxed. Whenever I begin to stutter, I don’t try to force it, I stop talking. I take a breath and on the first breath of the exhale I try again. I stutter because my brain goes to fast for my mouth to keep up, so sometimes I use a physical method of slowing things down. I tap my foot to the syllable of each word, it sounds wooden at first but over time it flows better. I wish you the best
