Unfortunately there's no right or wrong answer. In my opinion it can be a mix of both. Accept it and work on the mental health side of things, maybe let yourself stutter here and there to alleviate the pressure and desensitize yourself from it. But also have some techniques that will assist you on tricky situations, but don't rely 100% on them.
