I hate how I can’t ask questions to people to get to know them better

I hate how I can’t ask questions to people to get to know them better I know what I want to ask but it’s so hard. Words like: why, what, how, when, who are hard. I guess we need to make some peace with it and learn how to not get emotionally hooked to each negative incident
