My answer is finding **good** therapy. If you're blocking now and you weren't before, for some reason you are more worried or fearful or unwilling to show any stuttering. Try to find some safer speaking situations and be curious about why you're feeling so fearful about blocking now. Maybe it's not fear and it's something good, but safer speaking/persons will make it easier to observe.
