Sorry i chose the wrong word, what i mean is they point out they can't understand me properly sometimes they laugh, i know they don't mean anything bad but it feels bad to me that why can't i speak clearly. And if u are sitting in a group who are not friends but office coworkers and they say they can't understand you, it feels bad.
