One day you’ll laugh about it. I once got pulled into head office for not using the companies opening line on the phone. CEO and HR was lecturing me hard. I walked out pulled in my manager when she heard she burst into tears I was in tears leaving the ceo infuriated. Once we explained why we was laughing i got treated very well. I still laugh about it. She didn’t realise it might take me a good 30 seconds to start the opening line.
