What really helps is just to slow down.. try meditations everyday, deep breathing and do not rush yourself. If you know the block will come, take a deep breath and pronounce the first letter softly and slowly while breathing out. Sometimes you don’t really have to say the first letter in case you’re having blocks in the beginning of sentence. Practice it firstly while alone and try to find which way of talking makes you / would make you comfortable and relaxed. Play with the tone of your voice, with the speed and breathing. I’m also struggling right now but feeling relaxed really helps. It is not easy to learn how to calm your mind down but I’m also currently on a journey and I hope that once I’ll be able to get rid of all struggles I’m currently having.🙏🏻
