Oh my god, thank you for sharing! I feel exactly like this but I needed someone to put it into words for me! I'm male, a little younger than you, and am currently starting to accept and appreachiate me and who I am. And as you said, I don't want my stutter to fully go away since it's part of me and that's perfectly fine :) I... can't put it better than you did. The world needs awareness so bad about so many conditions, illnesses, disorders etc. and I feel like I can do my part lol. I finally have the strength to stand up for myself and not shrink back when my stutter is mentioned. I feel like living with a disorder, like stuttering, can really make you more understanding and accepting that every person has their own problems and struggles and that we need to show them patience and love for we don't know what they are going through. Again, thanks for posting, enlightens this sub a bit any my day for sure ;) Cheers
