I know I am 3 days late but a great example I saw was in Pan's Labyrinth. Basically a soldier that has a stutter is being tortured and the torturer mocks him and tells him that if he can count to 3 without stuttering he will let him go. Of course he can't count to 3 and eventually the stutterer dies. It portrayed him as really weak and anxious.
