I know your pain☹️. In highschool, at some point during every yr my stutter would get worse and answering attendence calls was really hard. I had to say « present! » and i would have trouble saying the « p, t, vowels and s » words. So I would just come in late so that everyone would notice me hahah😂. It was bad but totally worked in my favour (also attendence was taken right before classes started)
