I think... it's important to be open about these things instead of carrying them around. The contrast between the hidden and the surface is simply not a good thing to have to maintain. See if you can't work on it. Stutter is nothing to hide. It's just a thing that some people have. At least, that's how I try to think about it. I actually make a point of stuttering sometimes, even if I could have avoided it.
