I voted yes, but I didn't drop out of college I dropped out of an advanced program because there was a 2 hour spoken Spanish final and it was making me crazy with anxiety. In hindsight I wish I had spoken with a counselor and asked for some concession, but it is what it is. That program sucked and the Spanish final was just the final straw. In college I had to struggle through presentations and some were okay some were bad. I don't even remember any of them anymore. There was a kid in a few of my classes who was actually way less fluent than I was and he struggled through them as well. It gets better the more you do it and talking to the teacher might take some pressure off of you.
