I’m a dental office receptionist. I’ve only had two people be rude about it, but for the most part people are understanding and don’t mind it. I like my job since it’s a family practice so it’s only the one dentist, so usually I answer the phone every two hours or so. The doctor has been super supportive of me and helps me in any way she can.
