I am a 22 year old fresher with a stutter, and I got a job as a software engineer last month. Coding interviews are more about problem solving skills than speaking skills. From my experience, my stutter was not a hurdle in any of the interviews. I used a combination of verbal and written communication (on a shared document) in coding rounds. I would recommend taking some mock interviews to practice the same.
