It's best to always be honest in my experience. When I applied for my job in a call centre, I was honest with them and told them I have a mild stutter and it can and does flair up and it's not consistent. They got me to say a few phrases and were happy with my fluency and I got the job. You're going to stutter eventually during the interview or during your role in the job, so it's best to be honest.
