What about talking a a psychologist? Maybe consider what else you have going on in your life. I've stuttered for about 3 decades and struggle with anxiety. Most people don't realize that most people do have some level of disfluency - even if they are a talkative, social vocal person. If you're going through a rough patch a good approach may be to treat yourself holistically. Think through how you feel about yourself and life, your fears, your dreams.. I'm not saying that you have or haven't developed a speech impediment - but caring for my psychological health is important for my own fluency.
