First I want to say that this class will be great for you! You started off explaining how there's lots of interaction and I got the vibe that you didn't like that. But just know the more interactions you can go into the better. So this class will be great. You also mentioned how you can't avoid certain syllables because its French and you have to say the exact words. Which I also got the vibe that you would much rather avoid words than stuttering on them (which of course most people do). But the more you avoid saying words because you might stutter, the more fear you add to your stutter. The more power you give it. The more it controls your life and your personality. So just know that you being forced to face your stutter is such a blessing because now you have the choice to take power away from your stutter (if avoiding words is feeding it power, not avoiding to taking power away from it). My advice would be to get familiar with the feelings that arise when you stutter, do not run away from them, but FEEL them. Take the label off these emotions being "negative" but just simply energy and learn to let these emotions pass. All this pent up tension around certain syllables is causing you to tense and the more tension in your body generally speaking, the more you will stutter. Of course this is not the "be all end all" solution but will give you a great start. Continue to grow and learn everyday, pushing your comfort zone just a little bit more each and every day. (Coming from someone who overcame his stutter, helping others to do so) 🤟 have a good French class
