I appreciate your thoughtful reply! I'd leave that decision completely up to the individual and wouldn't address it until they chose to. If they did mention it at some point, I think that would be a fantastic segue into a question like the example you offered. I always try to view differences as strengths and would frankly love to learn more about someone's experience with stuttering and how it's influenced them, how they feel it serves them as an asset etc.
