Many people are ignorant, partly because they never met a stutterer. I agree, that a teacher should know about speech problems, and not reacting like this. It's 2021 after all, you can get every piece of information about stuttering. I'd fire a teacher immediately and never let that person teach again for mocking a stuttering kid.
