Really? Mines the opposite.. Sorta.. Depends on the type of mad I guess... If I'm like furious then I don't stutter, I suppose because my filter is completely turned off so Im not focusing on what I'm actually saying atm. But if I'm just frustrated... I can barely talk at all.
