Oh gotcha, I was unsure if you had terrible tinnitus and that's a common symptom of a brain tumor or something. I do stutter when reading alone, even just speaking to myself alone. This didn't always used to be the case, but I've certainly been more stressed about my stutter over the past couple of years. And like you, there are certain words or letters that I simply cannot say without stuttering, no matter where or when. Anything prefixed with "st" has to come out like suh... *pause*... t-.
