This has been difficult for me in general but it all starts with just a simple talk. Don't think of it as like the most important thing in the world. You may stutter but just make it into a joke somehow. So usually if i stutter while flirting I'll say, "sorry my brain is trying to talk in morse code" since i have a lot of repititions. From there you just have to get comfortable enough to continue on the conversation.
