As the other poster said, it does not sound like stuttering. I'm not a professional but the way you describe it, I'm guessing it's more towards Apraxia of Speech. You can always get evaluated if you so desire. I can relate to what you describe afterwards. I have more disfluencies when I am tired/sick/stressed.
