PWS are not victims. The word victim implies that someone is the target of others. Having a disability is not easy. Things other people take for granted can require much more time or effort for someone with a disability. No one is suggesting a just be brave attitude. It's not about trying harder. It's about doing it despite the fact that it's hard.
