IMO, (and based on personal exp.) it sounds like "fear of the unknown" and you're letting your imagination take you for a ride.... STOP... start taking long slow breathes and focus on your body relaxing and your mind settling down... Start with your feet & calves relaxing and then work your way up... Long Steady Deep breathes and focus on your pulse and then start to visualize how you WANT your day to go vs. worrying about the negative... :-) Have a great day! Here is a passage from a book I got off Amazon called "Insights and Observations" that I think you might appreciate: **Don't Be Smart Be Intelligent** Be fearless in your discovery of yourself and the world you live in shall change as you challenge every part of yourself. Be fearless. There is no failure, only feedback and lessons learned as you grow into the person you are meant to be. Be fearless, it is your destiny. Don't run or shy away from it. Others will try to beat you down and detract from your greatness, because they themselves are afraid of their own greatness and your fearlessness challenges their excuses for being "normal". Embrace your fears and you will see that they only exist in your mind. Remember that the only limits you have, are the ones that you accept as real. Be fearless and reject them all. Be fearless and know and believe in yourself, even when those around you don't, or can't, see your dreams and visions. Be fearless in your compassion and love of your fellow brothers and sisters. Be the demonstrated strength for them; it is contagious. The world needs you and your natural creativity. Be not afraid to question, reflect, explore and fall now and then; pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue. Be fearless in your quest for knowledge, wisdom, feedback. Then reflect and accept or reject the information. Be fearless and don't be afraid to change direction, follow your heart, intuition and God given or earned common sense. Be fearless in all things that may come your way by your actions, inactions and by chance. Seize every opportunity and every break you create. The harder you work, the luckier you will be. My final advice to you; the friend, brother or sister I may never meet in this lifetime is to share my secret to a good life which is; “life gets easier when you are moving closer to the life you are meant to live and who you are meant to be. The further away you move away from Your Own Truth and Destiny; the harder your life will become.” Be fearless and know what a good life is; hard work towards your dreams. Such is not as hard as it is to deny yourself of those dreams, passions and gifts you have inside you. Be fearless... start this minute. \-- Wm. Laurance Edwards
