You could perhaps ask her what are the purposes of her telling you to do these exercises, and of course, be very honest that you feel as though this isn't providing you major improvements with reducing your stutter. I think honesty is very important here because this is your therapy, especially one that you are financially investing into at the end of the day that she may assume you're satisfied when you clearly are not so might teach you other techniques. I also think it's about having a lot of practice that at the end of my speech therapies, my therapist expects me to use the techniques onto talking to people, which is difficult in covid times and my very small social circle, then report back each week on how things have been going if it's worked or not. Finally, I would say to remember that there's unfortunately no cure to stuttering that these are just methods to reduce it but not completely eradicate the stutter but practice and being around somebody non-judgemental really helps.
