I like getting my haircut because it gives me a good chance to practice just casual chatting in a space place. They're not going to run away or laugh or act all weirded out. If they do, i'll find a new stylist. That said, if im having a hard day with my speech, they can usually tell and once I decide to take a break and not keep the conversation going, they usually take the hint and just go on cutting, only asking me questions about the cut.
