He's not making fun of a stutterer. Joe Biden never fucking stuttered growing up. Watch his speeches from when he was younger, the dude never stuttered. He's now using that excuse for his dementia. To be honest, I'm more pissed he says he's a stutter when he's not. He doesn't know our struggle of growing up with a stutter. He's just using the excuse of being a stutter now for whatever else is going on with him medically. I find that to be a slap in the face.
