well realistically you most likely won’t be able to not stutter completely tomorrow, so maybe try working on not giving that stutter “thought” too much attention, I know when I feel a stutter coming up something that helped me was telling myself to embrace it bc it’s apart of you, and my mind accepts that and moves on, now this all happens within like a millisecond in my head but i saw some results on like the first day I tried it, good luck on your presentation tomorrow
