Think that, talking to yourself is the easy level, talking to other people in general is medium, and talking to authorities or someone that is difficult to talk, is the hard level. First of all, we need to practice the game in easy level a lot, to get better in the medium and so on. I don't know that makes sense to you, but I like that analogy.
