I don't think you should be clamming up around you boss now... ultimately, you both want the same thing - to be able to do more fluent and less tension-filled presentations where you can make a good impression. Stuttering is difficult, and there's no "magic bullet" but it's good that you have ideas in mind and have success in less stressful circumstances. Try speech therapy. Try the delayed auditory feedback device. Try anti-anxiety meds, maybe. I don't think your boss was intentionally trying to hurt you, he was probably trying to address an issue. I would advise disclosing that you're a person who stutters when you do presentations to take some of the edge off. Also try to stutter, but with less stress/hard blocking. Even changing how you stutter can have a monumental difference, if your boss still has issues after that then you have a legitimate complaint. Good luck!
