The weird thing is I'm generally OK with telling people I have a stutter, I'm just terrified or ashamed or some shit of actually stuttering in front of people. Most the time when I tell people they insist they dont notice it at all, and I'm like, yeah thats cos I do everything possible to hide it from you..haha. Also I'm generally relatively fluid once I've started speaking, I mostly struggle with starting conversations or initially responding to questions.
