1) Reach out for therapy (speech and emotional) at the school, even student therapy programs. 2) DO NOT avoid responsibilities and life. Stop procrastinating, deflecting, and lying to avoid situations. Biggest thing I’ve done is to live life as if I didn’t stutter. Put yourself out there, prepare the best you can and continue moving after failure or rejection. Accept where your are and build from there.
