I got hired for a new position in a company that doesn’t have any managerial assimilation program, fortunately half the team loves me, while other half are unsure about me. The biggest obstacle I face is my inability to fully verbally assert myself in a professional manner. This makes me come of as a combination of rude and unprepared. It also doesn’t help that’s half of the team extremely young and immature.
