I understand. But you have to show up. We get into this vicious cycle with our stutter. We stress, our stutter gets worse. We avoid things, causing more stress. It's time to take hold of your overthinking. Shut it down. When you find yourself overthinking, stop yourself. This will take practice. You have to recognize the thoughts and actively put them out of your head. But with practice, you can reframe your thoughts. In the end, the actual stuttering isn't nearly as bad as the time we lose overthinking and being anxious about these presentations.
