I guess it’s called covert stuttering haha. I speak with a certain cadence. That’s helped me for most of speech. It’s forced me to slow down, which helps me think of the best words I can say. I developed the cadence from listening to podcasts. After hours of listening to podcasts, you kind of adopt their cadence. Sometimes, I deliberately listen to how people talk to. Like, Doctor Mike on YouTube loves to say, “the reason why I say this is because…” which is a great way to think about what you want to say.
