Practice interviewing with people you're comfortable with, and then practice with strangers. I usually practice presentations with english tutor in sites like Verbling. I tell the tutor that I've stutter, and that I want to practice with a stranger. Also, I make sure that I'm speaking/reading out aloud at least half a day (6-8 hours), everyday. This makes me more comfortable with my voice coming out of my mouth. If I forget to do this for few days, my stutter becomes noticeably worse. Also, my physician prescribed beta-blockers that I use to calm my nerves and other physical symptoms of performance anxiety. I take it right before presentations and big meetings, and it seems to improve my fluency as well. However, there are some side effects, so be mindful of that. Above all, keep in mind that most interviewers are sympathetic about your stutter and will accommodate you if you disclose it. This might take away some pressure during the interview. Good luck...
