I focus on my mental state and try to psych myself out. My anxiety will get to a point where I reach a point of "fuck it" and just go for it. Getting over that hump will make me much more fluent when I need to be for a presentation or meeting. It sucks getting there, I have panic attacks all day about it, but I find just pumping up to some heavy hip hop or any music that gets your jimmies rustled.
