Growing up I thought I was the only one who stuttered until I met another PWS at age 20. It's very sad growing up alone, eating your school lunch in the janitors closet. I never knew how to make friends, how to maintain friendships or value them. In this day and age, there are many support groups and organizations so please reach out and know that you are not alone.
