My situation is very similar to yours. I'm able to work from home and usually have a mild to moderate stutter, but over the last few months noticed it's much more on the moderate side and really struggling on phone and zoom calls. Worsening anxiety and depression hasn't helped my fluency which has probably translated in to even worse fluency constantly thinking about it. I've still been trying to see friends when I can and maintain some semblance of a social life but it's been tough. I'd say depending on how comfortable you are, you should try to see friends and maybe go out on a date or two (albeit I don't know how severe the restrictions are in the UK. I live in the US). People weren't meant to be socially isolated for this long. Mindfulness and meditation can help too when I'm having a tough day. This won't last forever and we'll get through it!
