First thing that I'd say here is YOU DID GREAT. We're always the harshest judges of ourselves, so it's only usual that you felt upset when you watched the recording. But while you were presenting, you felt you were doing well and I think that attests it enough that you are improving. In retrospect, we always pick out faults and focus on them more than on our achievements. Secondly, you delivered what you had to say and your voice was heard. That's the highlight of your presentation 💓 Thirdly, something that I do (which helps sometimes) is make hand gestures while talking or tapping foot. That helps me keep in rhythm, almost like in a tempo. You could try this if you haven't already. Chewing your words also helps sometimes. I am so proud of you <333
