Anything which makes you focus on your speech and breath will help. I personally talk more deliberately by subtly drawing out sounds I feel like I'm having trouble with. This sounds like it would make me sound weird but, one, stuttering is a lot more noticeable, and, two, you can feel the elongation a *lot* better than anyone else can hear it, especially if they're not specifically listening for it.
