It all depends on how they say it. My sister who I always talk to abt my stutter saying this to me would be a nice pat on the back and a sense of accomplishment for me. And generally if anyone else says it that could be the case too. It's just sometimes people act like OMG HOW DID U SOUND SO FLUENT I CANNOT BELIEVE OMG GODO JOB like dude dont make that compliment sound so fake and like I'm a kid that just learnt to walk 😂
