ADHD meds don't help at all for stuttering though in my experience. There aren't really meds for it. I stutter less without meds actually because now I get enough sleep. I just barely sleep with meds, one of the two reasons I stopped taking them. The other one was not feeling hungry. They make your head so much more zen, but the side effects can be quite shitty and I barely had them. Finished my high-school with those meds, so they were a life saver, but stopped taking them right after my last exam. Just be careful with meds
