Does anyone here use an anti-stuttering device?

Does anyone here use an anti-stuttering device? I was thinking to buy a speech easy device, but it costs A LOT in my country (9990 Brazilian Reais or US$2641). I can't afford that, so I'm thinking about using an app that does the same thing. Has anyone here ever tried doing this?
