I work for the public and have to answer phones multiple times a day. I have trouble actually saying the business name when I answer, so the public just get a "hello?" when I pick the phone up. I have to explain where I work a million times a day but it is what it is. Those that know me, know I stutter and if anyone is an ass on the phone, I just flip them off while using a sugary-sweet customer service voice. They don't know the difference. 😂
