Any exercise recommendations for stuttering? First of all english is not my mother language so I apologize ir there's any grammar/ spelling mistake. I'm 19 and my stutter is mild (actually Idk how to qualify it but I guess it's mild), and this year I'm starting at university. I saw a speech therapist a couple years ago for a year, and it helped me barely nothing. it just showed me how I should breath and some "tricks" to put rythm in my speech so I can be more fluent, but that had not any effect on me. So if anyone knows any exercise or routine to work on stuttering by myself it would be great! I have heard of reading out loud everyday and I'm trying to maintain that habit. I'd like to know your best exercises or the ones that helped you the most. Any advice is welcome!
