I wouldn't say so. I've never made it to the interview stage and never gotten the job offer afterwards. Infact my current job I beat out 250 applicants and had to do a video call interview(not my most comfortable scenario). I'd say confidence is key, stuttering or not. Good luck. Edit: my stutter is mild to moderate in most cases and consists of blocks alot. This may affect things.
