Interesting question. It implies that it is common to carry frustration around, only to take it out on something later. I actually don't think that sounds healthy. Sure, I've been frustrated about my stutter - I've gotten visibly angry many times in the past - but I think I've reached a point where it's more important to me to be prepared for that sort of thing, instead of ending up in a place where I'm reacting with anger. I guess what I'm saying is that we should seek to manage our reactions instead of letting it get to us.
